DISCOUNT SCHEDULE AND POLICIES

EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2007

Minimum Order: $65.00

Discounts: Orders between $250.00 – 499.00 less 10%

** First Time Customers: 15% discount (Code: 3117)

Orders between $500.00 & over less 20%

** First Time Customers: 25% discount (Code: 3117)

Packaging: Orders for less then standard package will be increased to the full

package.

Confirming: Mark all confirming orders boldly to avoid duplication.

Terms: Net 30 Days

Freight: All products are sold FOB Factory. Ups charges are added to the invoice.

When UPS is not applicable, orders are shipped common carrier freight

collect. $250.00 freight allowance on net orders totaling $2,500.00 or

more.

Lead Time: Normally, orders ship within 2 working days. If there will be a delay, you

will be notified.

Refund Policy: 100% refund within 90 days including shipping for reasons of poor

quality and workmanship.

80% refund for any item returned via pre-paid shipping within 30 days.

(20% restock charge).

Samples of any item can be requested free of charge to verify correctness

before any item is ordered for the first time.

NOTE: Above quantity discounts and policies are based on one order total,

shipped to one location.
